Young Adults

We are here to help you navigate this with confidence, providing support at what can be a difficult time when young people finish school or university or if their Education has become disrupted for any reason, and the next step can feel very daunting. We provide a safe, non- judgemental and supportive environment where we can think together about how to plan for the future, navigate changing relationships and set small achievable and meaningful goals to help you get there.

Orientation and Non-Binary Support

While we all benefit from support, for LGBTQ+ young people, receiving kind and clear support is vital to ensure we are not just coping but thriving.
As a parent or guardian, you may have understandable questions or concerns. We can offer help for parents to support their children through what can be a complex, sensitive, and stressful time for the entire family and offer whole family conversations that can help everyone feel understood and supported.

Post Diagnosis Support

It can be very daunting to receive a clinical diagnosis and the support to help make sense of what that means for you is not always available and this can leave you feeling confused and disoriented. We can offer post diagnosis support to teens, adults and families as appropriate and according to your needs and preferences.

We can offer support and guidance to help you make sense of many clinical diagnoses including  ASD ( Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADD ( Attention Deficit Disorder), ADHD ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Personality Disorders, FASD ( Foetal Alcohol Syndrom Disorder), OCD ( Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD ( Post traumatic Stress Disorder)

Online Services

Online sessions are found to be as beneficial as traditional face-to-face sessions for most therapeutic needs. For teens and young adults, virtual sessions are often preferred and provide a more flexible way to connect and meet your treatment goals. These sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you through our easy scheduling platform.  In person appointments are available in comfortable and discreet therapy rooms in Wimbledon and Notting Hill.
