Gabriele Schaper
BA, MSc, MSc
Gabi is a Consultant Systemic Family Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting children, teenagers, adults, couples and families across statutory, voluntary and private sectors. She brings a warm, relational and trauma-informed approach to her work, helping people feel heard, understood and supported through complex experiences.
Gabi specialises in working with trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and neurodivergence. With a background in Children and Families Social Work, she combines therapeutic expertise with deep insight into safeguarding, complex care environments and reflective practice.
Whatever brings you to therapy, Gabi will work with you to understand what you would like to achieve and develop positive, realistic goals together. Her approach is collaborative, supportive and tailored to your individual circumstances.

Qualifications & Professional Registration
Gabi completed a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Systemic Family Psychotherapy in 2011, following specialist training at the Tavistock Centre in London. She is registered with Social Work England.

Emma Byrne

Emma is a Gestalt counsellor, published author and former neuroscientist. She brings warmth, compassion and curiosity to her work, helping adults navigate complex experiences with care and creativity.
Emma specialises in trauma-informed therapy for survivors of sexual violence, including those considering or going through the justice system. Her practice is legally aware and carefully designed to protect clients’ confidentiality, safety and choice.
She also supports people affected by bereavement, including loss after long illness and loss by suicide, as well as parents caring for children of any age with disabilities or life-limiting conditions.
Emma offers a free online consultation to explore your needs. She works in person in Chiswick, with fees from £70 per session and discounts available for block bookings or in cases of hardship.
Chula Goonewardene

BACP-registered Therapist
Chula is a BACP-registered therapist with a background in music, substance misuse support, clinical leadership and mental health consultancy.
In 2004, Chula moved into the substance misuse field, later becoming a qualified Motivational Interviewing Practitioner and Advanced Group Facilitator.
He went on to support more than 600 one-to-one clients as a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner, while also running groups, delivering workshops and moving into treatment management and training. He then qualified as a counsellor and psychotherapist in 2014.
Alongside his private practice, CM Therapy Harley Street, Chula has run and supervised a residential rehab in London and now provides clinical consultancy to agencies, charities and philanthropists. He is also Co-Founder and Clinical Director of We Are Attune, supporting mental health and wellbeing in the entertainment, music and sport industries.
Liza Patoux

Liza Patoux is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and specialist Restorative Yoga teacher, working with individuals and organisations across the public, private and charity sectors.
She offers a solution-focused, trauma-informed approach, supporting people with stress, burnout, anxiety, cancer recovery and major life transitions. Her work helps clients build resilience, regulate their nervous system and move forward with greater confidence and calm.
Before becoming a practitioner, Liza spent more than two decades in leadership roles at the BBC and the British Council, giving her a strong understanding of high-pressure professional environments.
Her integrative approach combines clinical hypnotherapy, Hypno-EMDR, ACT, REBT, breathwork, nervous system regulation and Restorative Yoga.
Liza holds a BSc (Hons), an MA, and is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is also a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
